We Dont charge you for the time picking up fittings and we dont charge extra if the job takes longer then expected, Thats our promise to you!
Unless extra fittings are needed to finish the job, you will NOT pay anymore no matter how long it takes us to fix your plumbing problem.
We will always discuss any problems and extra charges before going ahead with the job.

After completion of each job you will be asked to sign agreeing you are happy with the state of your home after completion.
Our plumbers come prepared to clean up after every job. We use Drop Sheets, Boot covers and clean all Counters we use. We can vacuum and sweep up any mess made.
Gardens are not included. We do our best to keep your Garden as nice as it was before, But digging up Pipes can be a bad thing for your gardens. This we do apologise for. We will put your garden back together as best we can but after all we are plumbers, not gardeners...
